Chinese Painting Jasper I Necklace

"There are a number of Chinese Jasper stones that can vary quite a bit in color and pattern: China Artistic Jasper; China Picture Stone; Chinese Painting Jasper, et cetera. And what makes it more confusing is that many dealers in stones mis-identify their products so the problem is compounded. To circumvent that I've tried to separate my work into 4 classifications by Roman numerals I - IV. I hope this helps."
This particular color/pattern combo I refer to as #I since it's the simplest one: a pattern of black feathery splodges of black on a khaki background. The five focal stones are pure pattern and would look great with anything you wear in black, beige, or khaki. They are spaced in a strand of matte black onyx with an occasional African brass mini bead spacer. Finished with a vermeil lobster claw and a gold-filled chain.
