Chrysanthemum Stone Pendant Necklace
One-Of-A-Kind
One of my favorite stones: This beautiful specimen of what has become known as Chrysanthemum Stone is comprised of dolomite, gypsum bearing clay, limestone or porphry; with lath-like crystals of andalusite, feldspar, or calcite which are grouped into a natural crystal pattern resembling blooming chrysanthemum flowers. Hubei Province, China.
A really, really nice example of this beautiful stone, measuring 2 5/8 by 2 1/2 inches,and hung from a strand of matte finish Black Onyx separated by silver Bali spacers clutching a white faceted moonstone. Finished with a sterling silver 'S' clasp and chain.
