Rainbow Obsidian Tanged Blade Necklace

This is a replication of an arrowhead, hand knapped by a master craftsman in the Pacific North-West. I have dulled the blades's edges. If you wish to smooth the edges further, then use coarse sand-paper or a whetstone, gently stroking the serrations in the same direction in which they point till they're worn down to your satisfaction.
The knapping on this blade is exquisite...it reminds me of the famous Clovis points (11,500 BP) I've only seen pictures of, although the hafting area is entirely different. Measuring 3 ¼ by 1 ¼ inches, it hangs from a strand of Rainbow Obsidian beads separated by sterling saucers. Finished with sterling silver cones and a hook clasp.
