Payment Policy:
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover; and Pay Pal. For maximum security, glenn-designs DOES NOT retain your credit card information.
Returns Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 3 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Items must be returned with their original packaging. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
To return or exchange an item, please send an email to: service@glenn-designs.com to request a return authorization (RA) number, and an address to which your item may be sent will be given to you at that time. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number.
Please make sure to write the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery is accepted. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so for your own protection please insure the package for the full purchase amount.
Refunds do not include shipping fees. Credit is refunded upon our receipt of the item by the original method of purchase, and will be reflected on your statement within 5 days business days.
You will be notified by email once the item is processed.
